Rottenrow is offers to the Traceur/Traceuse wall climbs, Cats, balancing, precisions, vaults and grass for practicing rolls. It also offers a great place for general body conditioning with rails, walls, stairs and various heights of jumps.

There are various circuits to be found in and around Rottenrow which offer the beginner to the experienced Traceur/Traceuse the opportunity to create run lines and improve their flow.

It was the Maternity Hospital where BJ, Blane and myself where born in.
